The first battery hoist on the market from a reputable hoist manufacturer, the Yale® BatteryStar™ provides the lifting strength and speed of an electric chain hoist paired with the power-free operation and portability of a manual hoist. Built with industry-leading technology from Columbus McKinnon and Milwaukee Tool®, the BatteryStar is designed for heavy-duty lifting and easy installation. The hoist easy is powered by an industry-leading M18 Red Lithium Battery from Milwaukee Tool® the same M18™ battery many end users already have on their job site for added convenience. Built for safety and ease of use, the BatteryStar is controlled by a wireless remote to keep the operator out of the load path. The remote also features built-in intelligence, alerting the operator of an overload situation, required hoist inspection, and more.

NO ELECTRIC POWER REQUIRED

• Operates on battery power, specifically a Milwaukee Tool” brand M18″ battery, making it ideal for applications or areas where electricity is unavailable or difficult to reach.
• Provides lifting speeds up to 2.4 m/min, helping increase operator efficiency as much as 4r compared to using a manual hoist.

VERSATILE OPERATION

• Hoist can be used in either with the hoist body attached to the anchor point or inverted.

• Inverted operation eliminates the need to carry the weight of the hoist up to the anchor point. Just cany the hook up to the anchor point and let the hoist lift itself and the load up.

QUICK & EASY INSTALLATION

• Lightweight and portable, the BatteryStar can be easily attached to an anchor point, then you’re ready to lift. No cards or power is required.
• Simply snap a charged battery into place, and the hoist is ready to operate.

PORTABILITY

• Weighing 19,8 kg when 6 m of chain is included (less battery), the BatteryStar is compact and Eightweight for easy portability.
• Optional road/carrying cases available.

DURABILITY & RELIABILITY

• Electronic clunch and secondary mechanical clutch provide dual protection from hoist overload.

• Integrated limit switch for the highest and lowest hook position considerably extends the service life of the slip clutch, motor and geartier.
• Electronics are Ip55 sated.

PRECISE LIFTING

• Hoist offers true variable speed, allo-wing for precise Sifting and lowering in any application.

The BatteryStar is ideal in applications where the lifting speed and strength of a powered chain hoist are needed, but power is not readily available. They are also ideal where the portability of a manual hoist is needed but higher efficiency or lower human effort is preferred. Some applications to consider:
