PRIMA’s SMART Wireless Multipoint Gas Detector System Used for Continuous Area Surveillance of toxic or flammable gases like O2, CO2, SO2, CO, NO, NO2, H2, HC, NH3, CL2, HCL, O3, H2S, Combustible gases etc. in work places or closed areas.
PRIMA’s SMART Wireless system is a device that detects the presence of gases in respective areas, often as part of a safety system. This Multipoint gas detector can give Alert to operators in the area where the leakage is occurring, giving them the opportunity to leave. This type of device is important in industrial areas to detect gases that can be harmful to organic life, such as humans or animals.
This Wireless Multipoint Gas Detection System is microcontroller-based system which consists of a Main Control Panel (MCP) which communicates with Gas Sensing Modules through a wireless mode of communication with distance up to 300 meters surrounding MCP. Currently designed for up to 32 Nos. Field Gas Sensing Module channels can be interfaced with MCP. It is fully customized, Compact in size and light weight system.
This Wireless Multipoint Gas Detector has a feature like, Graphical display and menu-driven membrane key’s architecture, simplicity in use, trouble-free performance, cost-effectiveness and reliability. Moreover, it has a Two Alarms that can be customized as Latch or No-Latch type for above or below the limit, buzzer and relay output for both alarms respectively, Facility to detect and display channel wise alarm status, Isolation and Test mode facility for each gas point and it can interface with PC using latest Digital protocol.

They are commonly used in Process Control, Quality Control, Area Surveillance, And Manufacturing Facilities where toxic gases are stored and processed.
This GAS ANALYSERS accurately measures the concentration of particular gas like CO2, SO2, CO, NO, NO2, NH3, Cl2, COCL2, HCL, O3, H2S and many more gases, in parts per million (ppm) / parts per billion (ppb) / %.
These GAS ANALYSERS use electro-chemical/ NDIR sensors which have an enviable reputation for reliability, stability, and rugged design.
TGA-1 GAS ANALYZER has a feature like Visual & audible alarm with Relay (SPDT) Output, Low battery indication, LCD display and menu-driven membrane keys, options for sensor placement, options for power supply like 180~230 VAC OR Rechargeable battery, inbuilt pump and flow indicator option for sampling, recorder output of 4-20 mA and RS 485 MODBUS RTU, USB Output for data downloading.
