Liquid Filling Machine
Function:
- Manually bottles will be placed open side up in turntable.
- Liquid filling unit is operated completely by mechanical system.
- Sensor senses the Bottles and machine starts automatically.
- Mechanical stopper stops 4,6,8 Bottles at a time.
- Diving nozzles enters inside and fill the Bottles.
- After filling i.e. when nozzle goes back to its home position only stopper release the Bottles.
- Filling starts only if 6 Bottles are available at filling station.
- Volume of liquid filling can be set as per user requirement by adjusting the action of piston.
- The stopper is adjustable.
- Height of filling nozzle unit is adjustable.

Powder Filling Machine
Automatic Powder Filler Function
- Manually bottles are placed in the turn table provided.
- Bottles will pass through the conveyor and enter the Auger filler.
- This unit contains Indexing turret of 6/12 pockets.
- This unit contain mechanical indexer.
- Cans are entered into turret at 45 degree.
- Auger filler will dispense powder as soon as bottle is below the nozzle as per weight instructions set in HMI.
Interlocks
- When Input sensor sense the bottles, machine starts in auto mode.
- When Output sensor sense the cans, machine stops in auto mode to avoid overload / jamming.
- No container, no filling.
- Clutch slips at overload/jamming in machine.
- Emergency stop, machine off.
Automatic Foil Sealer
Automatic Single Head Foil Sealing Machine Description and operations
- This unit contains Indexing turret of 8 pockets.
- This unit contain mechanical indexer.
- Cans are entered into turret at 45 degree.
- Indexing Turret Will Pick the Jar Into Below The Cutting and Sealing Head.
- Cutting & Sealing will be done at same time.
- Dancing Roller Assembly Which Helps the foil for Proper Tension and easy cutting.
- Turret places the container to the output conveyor.
Interlocks
- When Input sensor sense the container machine starts in auto mode.
- When Output sensor sense the Container machine stops in auto mode to avoid overload / jamming.
- No container, no Sealing.
- No Container, No Foil Cut.
- Clutch slips at overload/jamming in machine.
- Emergency stop, machine off.
Automatic Capping Machine
4HD Rotary Capping Machine:
Function
- After Filling, product passes to Rotary Capping unit.
- Bottles enter to the entry turret through timing screw.
- Machine has capping tool, which moves down pick caps from exit turret and carries along with it.
- Tool comes down at capping station and place the cap over the bottles.
- After capping Tool jaw opens and goes up to the original position.
- Pressing torque can be set for individual tools.
Interlocks
- Output conveyor sensor on/off, machine on/off.
- Bottle Sensor on/off, machine on/off.
- Clutch Slip, machine off.
- No bottle, No Cap.
- No Cap Machine on/off
Single Head Capping Machine:
Function
- This unit contains Indexing turret of 8 pockets.
- This unit contain mechanical indexer.
- Cans are entered into turret at 45 degree.
- At predetermined station Cap will be placed over containers.
- Rotary electrical vibrator is provided which orients supply the caps to the pick and place unit through cap transfer track.
- Cap placing unit operates mechanically.
- Cans carry caps along with it while indexing.
- Caps will be pressed onto the bottles by pneumatic cylinder after cap placing.
- At next station mechanical capping tool comes down, tool press and rotates the cap against the bottle.
- Capping will be done at pre-set torque, once required torque is achieved tool will slip with the help of magnetic clutch.
- While capping, bottle will be held rigidly with pneumatic gripper for anti-rotation.
- After capping tool goes back to the original position.
- Turret places the container to the output conveyor.

- No Cap, Machine off.

Automatic Labelling Machine
Basic Machine Parts
Conveyor:
- This is required to move the bottles.
- Machine direction will be left to right
- 2500mm length & 82.5 mm slat width
Disc Spacer
- It helps to create the space between two bottles
Orientation
- It helps to orient the bottle properly before it gets hold by overhead unit
Overhead Unit
- It holds the bottle properly from top
- It helps in proper labelling on bottle from both the side
Labelling Head:
- This I the heart of the machine. Actual labelling head will be designed for maximum label height of 150mm
Sensor
- Product sensor: required to detect the product and send the signal to PLC
- Label sensor: detect the gap between two labels and accordingly help to dispense the label
Shrink Sleeve Applicator
Description & Operations
- This machine consists 4 meter of Conveyor with S.S 304 slat chain for product entry & exit.
- The Containers will be manually placed in pug of the input conveyor of Sleeve Applicator Machine.
- Length of film can be adjusted through HMI.
- Film is fed to the mandrel through number of rollers.
- Mandrel is designed according to the shape of containers.
- Pair of rollers is placed on mandrel at bottom which pull the sleeve while cutting and places over the marker.
- After placing sleeve markers moves through the shrink tunnel
- After finish containers will be ejected by manually
Shrink tunnel
- This unit contains Heaters inside the tunnel which shrinks the sleeve.
- Blowers are placed at the top of the tunnel to circulate the hot air around the sleeve.
Cartoning Machine
Fully Automatic Cartoning Machine
Description & Operations
- Cartons need to be loaded onto the hopper on loading platform is provided to minimal the feeding frequency.
- Individual cartons will be pick place onto the pocket conveyor which is parallel to the pocket conveyor.
- Cartons will be picked and placed through individual heads through suction cups with the help of vacuum.
- Picked cartons will be placed inside the each pockets of conveyor.
- This machine consist cam operated pocket conveyor system with sliding mechanism.
- Product has to be placed in the hopper.
- Product pusher mechanism is placed parallel to Product carrying conveyor which pushes the Product inside the individual cartons.
- After Product insertion each cartons passes through cartons flap tucking mechanism which is placed parallel on both side of the conveyor.
- In tucking mechanism first side flaps will gets folded through mechanical fingers.
- At next station bottom flaps gets folded through mechanically Guides.
- After flap folding end product will be ejected to output conveyor.
Interlocks
- No Product at input conveyor of pick and place unit machine, cartoning machine would halt and starts when product is present in auto mode.
- No Product no carton.
- No carton no Product push(ejected in bin).
- Mechanical jam drives slip through mechanical clutch mechanism.
- No cartons at hopper machine stops.
- Low air pressure machine off.
- Emergency stop machine off.
