Eddycranes Engineers Pvt. Ltd., manufacturers EDDYCRANES make Wire Rope Electric Hoists from 0.5 Tonnes to 50 Tonnes Capacity and maximum height of lift upto 200 Mtrs. in accordance with Class I, II, III, IV heavy duty specification as per IS:3938-1983.

EDDYCRANES Hoists are manufactured offering fool proof Electro Mechanical brakes operating on conical rotor motor principles. These brakes are far superior to Electro Hydraulic Thruster Brakes offered by most other manufacturers.

All EDDYCRANES Hoists have high torque, crane duty, 40% CDF, Class ‘F’ insulated Conical Motors suitable for 150 starts/hour. Brakes are provided in hoisting as well as cross traversing motion. EDDYCRANES Hoists are available in four basic arrangements viz. fixed mounted type, push pull trolley type, hand operated trolley type and motor driver trolley type. Hoists are also manufactured to suit special applications e.g.: for outdoor location, hoist with driver’s cabin, twin hoist for exceptionally high Height of Lift or high Hoisting Speeds, etc.

EDDYCRANES Electric Hoist can be supplied with micro speed arrangement in hoisting motion as well as cross traverse motion to reduce the original speed to 155 or 10%. Each EDDYCRANES hoist is supplied with control panel, consisting of motor contractors, single phase preventors with overload relays, transformers, MCCB, etc. as well as pendant push button station for operation.
