In 1970, AEPL started manufacturing safety fittings for LPG, Propane, Ammonia, and other liquefiable gases, and subsequently added several other products for these applications, namely, positive displacement pumps, Vaporizer, ball valves, acme adaptors and so on.
AEPL have a well-equipped manufacturing shop, having necessary machinery, manned by skilled and experienced operators. The manufacturing shop is approved by the CCOE/PESO Nagpur, for the manufacture of safety fittings required under Static and Mobile Pressure Vessels (SMPV) unfired Rules 1981 and Vapourisers of water immersed coil type and shell & tube type and other products.
The safety fittings are manufactured under Third Party Inspection Agencies such as DNV, SQMPL, Bureau Veritas, PDIL, EIL, RDSO and many reputed consultancy firms such as ICB, DPGL, Humphrey Glasgow, Chempro and others. Besides, AEC have approvals for electrically heated vapourisers, hot water and steam heated vapourisers for sizes 50 kg/ hr to 10000 kg/hr capacity…
A well laid out Quality assurance plan is followed throughout manufacturing process. Inhouse inspection facilities include Tensile testing machine and Impact testing machine. Raw materials of major components are tested for strength before accepting. Quality Assurance Manual is followed in the process which is attached herewith.

The undersigned has fabricated and erected LPG Tanks & Pressure Vessels ranging from 10 M3 to 250 M3 capacity vessels and weighing upto 60 MT each. Over 2000 vessels have been fabricated in the last 15 years. LPG Installations on Turnkey basis carried out in all parts of India, from down South to Kathmandu in the North East and Kangara in the North West to the client’s total satisfaction. Not only LPG Bulk installations, but also LPG filling plants for the parallel industry have been installed by us. Some of our prestigious clients include Multinational Giants like M/s. Ford. We also have undertaken several projects in Auto LPG Dispensing stations for renowned companies like Reliance, IOCL and HPCL etc., We have installed commissioned and maintain successfully several BULK LPG/NH3/ CO2/N2, LPG Bottling plants and ALDS across India.
